	Ben moved to the sunshine state in 2003 after selling his residential services company based in Seattle, Washington. Ben created Equity First Realty with a goal to simplify the investment experience for fellow real estate investors. He is proud to have been involved in thousands of wholesale real estate transactions and works to support his team in their efforts to provide excellent service. In his spare time, Ben enjoys running, hiking in the Northwest, and world travel. He lives in Orlando with his wife and daughter.

	Karla recently obtained her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. She enjoys being part of the Equity First Realty team and has played an important role in the company’s growth. Karla received the Property Manager of the Year Award in 2010 and 2011 for her outstanding service. Karla takes great pride in achieving goals together with the Equity First family. She finds satisfaction in being able to help others and in creating new systems to make property ownership easier for her clients. In her free time, Karla enjoys spending time with family.

	Jason has been a resident of the Central Florida area for the past 35 years. He has a passion for real estate investing and is always searching for the next great deal. Jason prides himself on knowing his market area and finding the best properties for his clients. In 2012, Jason received the Acquisition Associate of the Year award as well as the Customer Care Award. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. Audra, Jordynn, and Brooke are his focus for a majority of his free time, and are the motivating force behind his drive.

	Art is originally from the Central Florida area, born and raised in Daytona Beach where he attended Daytona Beach College and majored in communications. After spending three years in the U.S. Army, Art moved to Orlando in 1993 to open a small business. Five years later he started his career in Real Estate. Art has a strong investor following and provides a wealth of knowledge in the investment property market. In his spare time Art enjoys fishing, sports, motorcycles, and cooking.

John worked his way into a new home sales position with a local builder and also has a great sense for property values and investment strategies. 	Rose brings with her over six years of experience in property management. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with an MBA and has strong knowledge in residential real estate and leasing. Her responsibilities include all aspects of property management, lease administration, excellent correspondence/communications with owners, tenants and vendors. In 2012, Rose received the Quality and Customer Care Award. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service with the utmost professionalism. In her spare time, Rose enjoys working out and spending time with family.

	Glenda was born and raised in Caracas- Venezuela where she graduated from Universidad Central de Venezuela with a degree in International Relations. She moved to Orlando in 1998 to attend Florida Metropolitan University where she earned her MBA. Glenda has over seven years of experience in Property Management. Apart from her work, she loves spending time with her husband Ihsan and their beautiful son, Matthew. She also loves to Zumba.

Since obtaining his Real Estate License and joining the Equity First team, Hector has been a full time Property Manager and feels it is one of the best decisions he has made. Hector brings a great deal of knowledge with regards to leasing, tenant relations, and customer service. In 2012, Hector received the Property Manager of the Year Award based on his excellent service. In his spare time, Hector enjoys watching College Football and fishing with his wife and two sons.

	Mike moved to the central Florida area and started a family 20 years ago. He purchased his first income producing property in the mid 90′s and has enjoyed providing people great places to live ever since. He has worked dual careers in the Hospitality Management and Real Estate industry and finds them both very rewarding. His goal is to always provide a win-win transaction, whether that be with property owners or new tenants. In his spare time he enjoys boating, wake surfing, or skiing the course at his home in Polk County.

	Derick grew up in New York where he acquired a successful business. In 2002 he relocated to Orlando with his wife and three daughters. Derick joined the Federal Government and became a Ceritfied FEMA Inspector. After interacting with multiple homeowners in different states, Derick decided to obtain his Real Estate License. With his expertise in assisting families, he became a part of the Equity First team where Derick assists clients in the leasing process. In his spare time, Derick enjoys watching NFL, cooking, and spending quality time with my family.

	Rey was born and raised in Caracas Venezuela and obtained his Bachelor degree in Computer Science from UNEXPO in Caracas. He has been in Real Estate and Property Management since 2003. Rey enjoys his role as a Leasing Professional because of the opportunity to help people find a great home. In his spare time, Rey enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in addition to mentoring youth who come to the U.S. on baseball scholarships.

	Paul is originally from the Orlando area, but spent most of his childhood years growing up in Pennsylvania. He returned to Florida where he attended and graduated from Florida State University with a finance degree. After making a few friends in the real estate field, he obtained his real estate license. Since then he joined the Equity First Realty team as a full-time Leasing Professional. Paul enjoys travel, sports, friends and playing FIFA.

	Iliana was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she studied business. She has more than seven years of experience in administration. Iliana handles the organizational and administrative duties for Equity First Realty. An Orlando resident since 2007, Iliana loves spending her free time with her husband and her 2 children. She also enjoys teaching elementary grade children in her home study.
