Our connections include title companies, attorneys, accountants, property inspectors, contractors, financial sources, and other real estate professionals, just to name a few. We truly value these relationships and attribute a great deal of our success to the people we know.

Real estate is constantly changing, so being able to adapt and modify a business and investment plan is crucial. We started out in 2003 as an investment company that purchased homes, renovated them, and sold them to retail buyers. Our company excelled at sourcing discounted real estate deals and decided to begin selling some of these properties to fellow investors. We enjoyed the wholesaling aspect of the business and began to grow steadily. As more investors were coming to us for their property acquisitions, we began to get requests for professional property management services. It turns out that many investors enjoy the monthly cash-flow and long term value appreciation that can be realized by owning income producing rental property. We created our Property Management division in 2009 by building a team of management professionals who know the rental business inside and out.

Today our company continues to grow. We’re proud to be the only firm offering a truly turn-key investment approach including discount acquisition, renovation, and property management.
